Bonnie’s Stairs

At the end of 2024, we were contacted by the Bonnie family, who were in the process of building their new residence and requested the installation of a glass railing throughout several areas of the home.

From the very beginning, we toured the entire project together with the client, carefully reviewing each area where the railing would be placed. During this walkthrough, we provided our professional recommendations, highlighting what we believed would be the best option in terms of both functionality and design.

Nevertheless, the client and his family chose to proceed with an alternative that better suited their personal taste and preferences. Once the installation began and a significant portion of the work was completed, they realized the outcome did not meet their expectations. At that point, they acknowledged that our original recommendation was indeed the most suitable solution.

As a result, they asked us to remove all of the previously installed work—over half of the project—make the necessary repairs to the structure, and proceed with the new system we had initially suggested.

In the end, we completed the installation of the recommended glass railing design, achieving an outstanding final result. Both the client and his wife were extremely pleased with the outcome, praising not only the quality and finish but also the elegance and safety it brought to their home.
